SSC SELECTION POST PHASE 12
This exam will be taken by the SSC Staff Selection Commission to get various jobs like technical assistant, canteen attendant, supervisor, court clerk, etc.
Eligibility criteria
Age Requirements for Different Job Posts.
Regarding positions where the age range is 18 to 25: The age range for candidates is January 2, 1999, to January 1, 2006.
Regarding positions where the age range is 18–27: The age range for candidates is January 2, 1997, to January 1, 2006.
Regarding positions when the age range is 18 to 28: The age range for candidates is January 2, 1996, to January 1, 2006.
Regarding positions where the age range is 18 to 30: The age range for candidates is January 2, 1994, to January 1, 2006.
Regarding positions where the age range is 18 to 35: The age range for candidates is January 2, 1989, to January 1, 2006.
Regarding positions where the age range is 18–37: The age range for candidates is January 2, 1987, to January 1, 2006.
Regarding positions where the age range is 18–42: The age range for candidates is January 2, 1982, to January 1, 2006.
For positions where the age range is 20–25 years old: The qualifying period for candidates is from January 2, 1999, to January 1, 2004.
For positions where the age range is 21–25 years old: The qualifying period for candidates is from January 2, 1999, to January 1, 2003.
For positions where the age range is 21–27 years old: The qualifying period for candidates is from January 2, 1997, to January 1, 2003.
For positions where the age range is 21–28 years old: The qualifying period for candidates is from January 2, 1996, to January 1, 2003.
Posts where the age range is 21–30 years old: The age range for candidates is January 2, 1994, to January 1, 2003.
For positions with 25–30 years old: the age range for candidates is January 2, 1994, to January 1, 1999.

All necessary documents, like the 10th certificate for the 10th level, the 12th certificate for the 12th level, and the graduate level.

Application Process
- Only online applications via the SSC official website are accepted.
- Candidates must submit separate applications and pay the appropriate fees for each post type.
- Applications must be submitted online by March 18, 2024, at 23:00 hours.
- It is recommended that applicants submit their applications well in advance of the deadline to prevent any potential problems, such as login failures or website congestion brought on by high traffic.
- Applicants should only submit one application.
- Upon completing the online application process, candidates need to print a copy of the form.
- Following the computer-based examination, the Commission/User Department will request this printed copy in addition to the necessary self-attested documentation.
- During the document verification procedure, the data that candidates submitted in their applications will be checked against the original papers.
- The candidate’s candidature will be rejected if there are any differences discovered between the data submitted in the application and the original papers.
Application fee
The application cost is one hundred rupees.
Payment Methods:
Only the following online payment methods are accepted for the fee: Visa, Mastercard, Maestro, RuPay credit or debit cards, and BHIM UPI NetBanking Visa.
Exceptions:
The application cost is waived for female candidates and those who qualify for reservation and are members of Scheduled Castes (SC), Scheduled Tribes (ST), Persons with Benchmark Disabilities (PwBD), and Ex-Servicemen (ESM).
The deadline for online fee payment for candidates is March 19, 2024, at 23:00 hours.

Exam Pattern
- Three distinct computer-based examinations will be held for posts requiring a minimum education level of Matriculation, Higher Secondary, and Graduation & Above. There will be multiple choice, objective-type questions on every exam.
- The following information pertains to the subjects, grades, number of questions, and overall time:
- Section A: General Intelligence
There are 25 questions.
Maximum Points: 50 - Section B: General Awareness
There are 25 questions.
Maximum Points: 50 - Section C: Quantitative Ability (Fundamental Arithmetic Knowledge)
There are 25 questions.
Maximum Points: 50 - English Language (Basic Knowledge) in Part D
There are 25 questions.
Maximum Points: 50 - The entire time is sixty minutes.
- Negative Marking: For each incorrect response, there will be a 0.50 mark deduction.

Result and Previous Year Cutoff
Tentative Answer Keys: Following the exam, the tentative answer keys will be available on the Commission’s website.
Within the allotted time, candidates can review the answer keys and submit any representations they may have.
Submission of representations will only be accepted online, and each question will cost Rs 100.
When the answer keys are finalized, the Commission will carefully review these representations.
Representations concerning answer keys will not be accepted beyond the designated time frame.
Selection Process
Normalization of Scores: The Commission’s stated algorithm will be used to normalize the scores that candidates received in the computer-based examination. The final merit and cut-off marks will be determined using the normalized scores.
Tests of Skills: As specified in the Essential Qualification, tests of skills like typing, data entry, and computer proficiency will be administered. These examinations will be qualifying in nature.
Minimum Requirements: For each section of the examination, the Commission may establish distinct minimum requirements at its discretion. The number of candidates in each category and the number of vacancies by category may be taken into consideration.
