Kalinga Institute of Industrial Technology Entrance Exam
KIITEE is the Kalinga Institute of Industrial Technology Entrance Test to get admission to the KIIT. They have released their KIITEE 2024 entrance exam date for Phase 1. Phase 2 will be announced soon.
Eligibility criteria
For Btech Undergraduate Students:
- Candidates who have completed the 10+2 examination or appear in 2022, 2023, or 2024 are eligible for KIITEE 2024.
- Have a minimum of 60 percent marks in Physics, Chemistry, and Mathematics/Biology
For B.Tech. Lateral Entry
- Completed a three-year engineering diploma program from the State Council of Technical Education in any state with a minimum of 60% overall.
Five-year Bachelor of Architecture program:
- Passed the 10+2 test, receiving 50% of the possible marks in math, chemistry, and physics and 50% overall.
Completed the National Aptitude Test in Architecture (NATA) in 2024 with success, administered by the Council of Architecture (COA), New Delhi.
B.SC. Nursing
- Science-focused applicants who passed the English language test separately and earned at least 45% in the combined subjects of physics, chemistry, and biology in their 10+2 examination.
Age: As of December 31, 2024, a minimum of 17 years old and a maximum of 35 years old.
Five-year B.A.LL.B./BBA LL.B./B.Sc. LL.B. program:
- A minimum of 45% in any stream for a 10+2 pass or its equivalent.
A minimum of 45% in the scientific stream from a 10+2 or equivalent is needed for those pursuing a B.Sc. LL.B.
BBA
- They have completed their 10+2 education successfully in any stream with a minimum of 50% of the possible points. One of their subjects should have been mathematics, business mathematics, economics, or statistics.
BCA
- They have completed their 10+2 education in any stream with a minimum of 50% of the possible points, with mathematics being one of the required courses.
Bachelor of Fashion/Textile Design program:
- Passed the 10+2 or comparable test with 50% of the possible points from an authorized Central or State Board.
Bachelor of Film and Television Production:
- Passed the 10+2 or comparable test with 50% of the possible points from an authorized Central or State Board.
Bachelor of Communication and Journalism:
- Passed the 10+2 or comparable test with 50% of the possible points from an authorized Central or State Board.

Application Process
1. Sign up:
- Visit the official KIITEE 2024 website.
- Click on the “Sign Up” or “Register” button.
- Fill in your details, including your name, date of birth, contact number, and email address, and create a secure password.
- After entering the required information, click on the “Submit” or “Sign Up” button.
2. Login:
- Once you have successfully signed up, proceed to the login page.
- Enter your application number (generated during sign-up) and the password you created.
- Click on the “Login” button to access your application portal.
3. Fill in the Education Details:
- Navigate to the application dashboard after logging in.
- Find the section for educational details or academic qualifications.
- Enter information about your educational background, including details of your 10+2 examination.
- Provide accurate information about your school, board, subjects studied, and grades obtained.
4. Upload the required documents:
- Locate the document upload section in your application portal.
- Upload the necessary documents as specified by the application guidelines. This may include:
- Scanned copies of your academic transcripts.
- Passport-sized photograph.
- Signature.
- Any other documents required for verification.
- Ensure that the uploaded documents meet the specified format and size requirements.
5. Review and submit:
- Before submitting your application, carefully review all the information provided.
- Make sure there are no errors or discrepancies in your personal and educational details.
- Confirm that all required documents have been uploaded successfully.
